Spinning

Beside one really big project that will not be included in my blog at this time, there has been relatively little knitting going on here.  Just a bit of this and that, but nothing special.  I have been spinning a lot over the past few days though.  I bought a whole bunch of random scraps of roving recently to hopefully make a simple stockinette pullover out of bulky 2-ply handspun.  It spins up SO fast – it’s very satisfying.

That’s about 275ish yards, and I’ve got plain brown roving for the rest of the sweater.  I’m thinking about a really simple brown sweater with some sort of colorwork in the yoke.
